Excellent Customer Service

I bought my first car from WestBeach Used Motor Cars and I didn't expect it would be such a smooth and easy process. Jason was very accommodating, always replying to my queries promptly. He renewed the MOT even though there were still 6 months left on it just so I could have a full year and fixed some bits which are normal for an older car and most dealers wouldn´t bother fixing. After collection the car had a small issue and Jason went the extra mile to make sure everything was sorted quickly. I'd definitely recommend his dealership.

Effortless purchase

The process was very easy from the start. Jason was flexible and accommodating with our visits and answered all questions asked. After deciding to purchase the car he also sorted a couple of small requests without further costs. I would buy from Jason again.

Excellent experience, the process went smoothly from start to finish. We secured an appointment to see the car, Jason was very happy to show me all the car documents, answer all my questions, and took me for a test drive. He appeared to be very knowledgeable about the car which shows that he takes his business very seriously. He agreed to do a new MOT on the car which was great. I will always advise someone to buy from him as it will save them a lot of hassle.

Easily the best car-buying experience

100% the easiest car-buying experience I have ever had. The car was exactly as described. Jason was brilliant, supportive, and could answer any questions easily without any pressure to buy his attention to detail was second to none which is a rare thing these days. Very impressed with West Beach cars

I was recommended Jason at Westbeach Cars by a neighbor.. I am new to the area and it’s the first time I have bought a secondhand car. I enquired about a car and had numerous conversations about it and made me feel very reassured that he was trustworthy. He even brought the car to me as I didn’t have transport. Having bought the car I was given a warranty. What was even more positive was that the car did have a fault but Jason sorted this out straight away with no cost to me as per the warranty.
